Privacy Notice
[LEGAL ENTITY], trading as Orbital Risk Intelligence, is the controller of personal data processed to run the Service. This notice explains what we collect from users and why, and is written to meet the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

- Legal basis: performance of the Client's contract, our legitimate interest in running a secure service, and consent for email alerts.
- No selling or advertising. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
- Processors: we use Google Cloud for hosting (Google Cloud, London (europe-west2)) and email, and AI service providers to process intelligence content. They process data only on our instructions.
- Intelligence content: the Service's reporting may name officials or organisations as they appear in public or official sources. It does not name private individuals.
- Security: encrypted connections, individual accounts, access controls and audit logs.
- Your rights: users may ask to access, correct or delete their personal data, or object to its use, by writing to intelligence@orbitalriskintelligence.com. We reply within 30 days.
- Complaints: users may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
- International transfers: some processors may handle data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK-approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
- Cookies: we use only the cookies needed to keep users logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
- Changes: we will post updates on this page and notify users of material changes.
